Mere Humsafar's Membership Agreement and Terms & Conditions

"Mere Humsafar's Membership Agreement and Terms & Conditions:

(1) DEFINITIONS
This is a legal agreement ("Agreement") between you and "Mere Humsafar".

Please read the Agreement before registering for  "Mere Humsafar". By registering for "Mere Humsafar", you become a member of the Service (a "Member"), and you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement (the "Terms").

(2) AGE LIMIT

By becoming a Member, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old.

(3) CODE OF CONDUCT

As a Member, you agree that:

You are solely responsible for the information that you provide to "Mere Humsafar".

You are solely responsible for your interactions with other "Mere Humsafar" Members. "Mere Humsafar"  reserves the right, but has no obligation, to monitor disputes between you and other Members.

(4) CANCELLATION

Your membership will be automatically suspended if you send a "abusive, obscene or sexually oriented" message to other members.

Messages sent to opposite members should be of the purpose for finding the life partner. You are not allowed to misuse the service in the name of "Dating", "Flirting", and "Friendship"..etc. In this way if the person who is contacting the elder age may say friendship... etc and we can show the above reason to terminate.

We reserve the right to modify your profile, if we find any prohibitive or objectionable content, or in case the contact details are entered in fields apart from where relevant like Phone, E-mail, Address fields etc. . BM may also modify the profile for other reasons not mentioned herewith.

YOUR MEMBERSHIP CAN BE CANCELLED ANY TIME AT OUR DISCRETION.

(5) COPYRIGHT

You will not post, distribute or reproduce in any way any copyrighted material, trademarks, or other proprietary information without obtaining the prior consent of "Mere Humsafar".

(6) PRIVACY POLICY

"Mere Humsafar" will keep confidential all information supplied by you to "Mere Humsafar" and shall use or disclose such information only for the purposes for which such information was sought but will not be responsible if the information is hacked without our permission.

We use email extensively to help you find your match on "Mere Humsafar". Our main email products and services include: 
Member responses to your profile, 
Partner matches for you, 
reminder to add profile or Add Photo, and 
Newsletters updating you of the latest features on our site.

Occasionally, we may also send you: 
Announcements of special events which "Mere Humsafar" is associated with.

As a "Mere Humsafar" member, you are automatically subscribed to all of the above, as an integral part of our matchmaking services to you. However, at any time, you may choose to manage your subscriptions to one or more of the above. All our emails will carry a link to help you do this. You can also independently manage your email subscription using the Subscribe option.

We reiterate that we will never sell / rent out your email address to any third party, unless you expressly permit us to do so. In fact, we do not allow ANYONE to see your email address, not even other "Mere Humsafar" members.

(7) CHANGE

"Mere Humsafar" holds the right to amend this aggreement at any time without your consulation..

DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTY. "Mere Humsafar", PROVIDES THE "Mere Humsafar" SERVICE ON AN "AS IS" BASIS AND GRANTS NO WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS, IMPLIED, STATUTORY, IN ANY COMMUNICATION WITH "Mere Humsafar" OR ITS REPRESENTATIVES, OR OTHERWISE WITH RESPECT TO THE SERVICE. "Mere Humsafar" SPECIFICALLY DISCLAIMS ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NONINFRINGEMENT. "Mere Humsafar" does not warrant that your use of the "Mere Humsafar" service will be secure, uninterrupted, always available, or error-free, or will meet your requirements, or that any defects in the Service will be corrected.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY.IN NO EVENT WILL "Mere Humsafar" BE LIABLE (i) TO YOU FOR ANY INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR INDIRECT DAMAGES (INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF DATA, LOSS OF PROGRAMS, COST OF PROCUREMENT OF SUBSTITUTE SERVICES OR SERVICE INTERRUPTIONS) ARISING OUT OF THE USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE "Mere Humsafar" SERVICE, EVEN IF "Mere Humsafar" OR ITS AGENTS OR REPRESENTATIVES  KNOW OR HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES OR (ii) TO ANY PERSON OTHER THAN YOU. NOTWITHSTANDING ANYTHING TO THE CONTRARY CONTAINED HEREIN, "Mere Humsafar"'s LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CAUSE WHATSOEVER, AND REGARDLESS OF THE FORM OF THE ACTION, WILL AT ALL TIMES BE LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT PAID, IF ANY, BY YOU TO "Mere Humsafar" FOR THE SERVICE DURING THE TERM OF MEMBERSHIP.

IN ADDITION, "Mere Humsafar" DISCLAIMS ALL LIABILITY, REGARDLESS OF THE FORM OF ACTION, FOR THE ACTS OR OMISSIONS OF OTHER MEMBERS OR USERS (INCLUDING UNAUTHORIZED USERS, OR "HACKERS") OF THE "Mere Humsafar" SERVICE. "Mere Humsafar", IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY AND ALL EVENTS AND/OR RESULTS FROM YOUR CONTACT WITH ANY OTHER MEMBER.
