Thank you very much for putting together such a user-friendly sight. At my daughter's grade school, they celebrate an event called "United Nations Day" every 31st of October. The school has children grades K-8 and each classroom learns about a country for about a month. U.N. Day is a celebration of people around the world that includes a lunch with foods of the country (or as close to it as we can find here) and a celebration. The children dress up as people of the country they are representing.
